How To Wear:

Place wrap on foot and let the silicone side face to skin.
Wrap one complete turn around the arch of the foot.
Angle upward to wrap on complete turn around the lower ankle.
Continue wrapping in ""figure eight"" pattern.
Finish and fasten the hook closure.
