How To Wear:

Insert foot into the support and make sure that the plastic stays are on both sides of ankle.
Fasten the upper strap along the edge of the brace. Then secure the lower strap
Bring the lateral elastic strap diagonally across the top of foot.
Wrap the lateral elastic strap upward around the ankle, fasten the hook closure snugly to the side of the ankle support.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the medial elastic strap.
